Panasonic has selected CDR-DATA
Corporation to deliver call accounting solutions to its offices nationwide.
Matsushita Electric Corporation of America (“Panasonic”) was looking to upgrade its current telemanagement systems in order to provide information immediately to end users and to ensure accuracy in monthly reporting processes. After a thorough needs analysis and review of what was available, it decided on eCDR®, CDR-DATA Corporation’s ASP solution. “Call Accounting is an important part of our management process and we wanted to provide our end users with the latest the market has to offer,” says Martin Campbell, voice operations supervisor for the Panasonic Management Information Technology Services Company unit of Panasonic. “Our top three criteria for a replacement system was the ability to import moves and changes from our current Human resource system, deliver ’as needed’ access to call data from our locations around the country and accurately bill back on the miscellaneous charges associated with providing our services.” “We are eager to provide a smooth transition to our ASP environment for Panasonic,” said Ron Woods, Vice President General Manager of CDR-DATA Corporation. “Our products are designed and perform exceptionally well for multiple sites with various cost allocation scenarios”
