The City of Palm Springs selects CDR-Data’s ASP call accounting solution to assist in managing their telecommunications network
The City of Palm Springs selects CDR-Data’s ASP call accounting solution to assist in managing their telecommunications network. CDR-Data Corporation, a leader in ASP call accounting solutions, and the City of Palm Springs, one of the most visited cities in the United States, have entered into an agreement whereby CDR-Data will provide it’s Software as a Service call accounting solution.
“Our objective was to deliver to our end users the most up to date information on their telecommunications usage without increasing our capital expenditure budget for hardware and software” said Randy Cobb Telecommunications Manager of the City of Palm Springs. “CDR-Data’s solution was the most cost effective. Also, implementation of the system was very easy and intuitive”.
